This Workshop was designed to enhance the operational use of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) operators and managers by providing instruction on the key elements of situational awareness and associated proactive CCTV techniques.

The Workshop illustrated a professional and methodical approach to the process of CCTV monitoring and inter-agency CCTV contingency planning.

The use of these techniques will improve operators’ and managers’ ability to effectively deploy CCTV to protect their companies and their local communities against criminality and against terrorist activity.

Designed for retail, campus, commercial, government, large large capacity venues and for Law Enforcement entities, this program enhanced a preventative posture and benefit response protocols.

This workshop took place on February 7, 2014 at Gray Graphics in Capitol Heights, MD
