Enrichment Event
The National World War II Museum
At 2:30 we will depart the conference hotel and make the short walk to the National World War II museum. There attendees will conduct self guided tours to see the galleries taking them down the roads to Berlin and Tokyo. Ranked as the number 8 museum in the world, the attendees will gather together at the end of their tour for a private viewing of Tom Hank’s Beyond All Boundaries.
Transportation provided. Guests of attendees are welcome to participate.
Tribute to Heroes Evening Program
At the Museum’s Freedom Pavilion, the program recognizes worthy peers, remembers our Fallen Officers, and offers an inspirational Keynote address. All held over the course of a plated dinner.
Keynote Speaker Clint Romesha shares how he and his fellow soldiers awoke to an attack by an estimated 300 enemy fighters for which he was recognized with the Medal of Honor. Book signing during reception.
