Anders Breivik, the man responsible for the deaths of 77 people in Norway in 2011, is threatening to go on a hunger strike because he is dissatisfied with his prison living conditions. We are pleased to announce that representatives of the Oslo Police will be joining us during our annual conference to present a case study of Breivik’s killing spree. This is the first time they will present this case in the United States. To register for the conference, click here.
